Our Services

Garage

The Relais Martinez Florence does not have parking, however, we have made arrangements with an external car park for guests who need this service. The price is 30 euros per day.

Booking is required and once you arrive at your destination and unload your luggage, a parking attendant will come and pick up your car and return it to you at the agreed day and time.
The historic centre of Florence is a restricted traffic zone (ZTL) which means there are special rules for accessing or parking in this zone.
The apartments are located inside the ZTL zone, therefore if you want to use your car to get to your destination you will need to take advantage of the parking service. They will give the number plate of your car to the local authorities so that you will not be fined for entering the ZTL (the service is included in the daily rate).

Wi-Fi

Internet access is completely free for the entire duration of your stay.

Check in/Check out

Check-in is from 2:00pm onwards.
For organisational reasons, please indicate your estimated time of arrival.
The apartment must be vacated no later than 11:00am on the day of departure.
Our hours are mandatory.

In particular, we are available for:
- taxi booking and call service (average waiting time of 2 minutes from the call);
- planning and booking of day trips and tours;
- booking (with date and time of the visit) of museums.

Air conditioning

Available in all areas of the apartments, it can be controlled independently in each room, adjusting the temperature to meet your needs.

Serves all floors of the apartment building.
