Rates and Bookings

The prices are per apartment, per night and include all services.
A credit card is required to guarantee the booking and all the commitments assumed with our facility.

Arrivals and departures

The apartment will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival.

Cancellation and amendment policy

NO FEE will be charged for cancellations and/or modifications made up to 7 days before the date of arrival, which must be sent by email to info@relaismartinezflorence.com

In case of late arrivals, early departures or cancellations made within the 7 days before the date of arrival, one night’s accommodation will be charged.

An additional discount of 12% on all rates (both standard and special rates) will be applied to bookings made using the PREPAID / NON-REFUNDABLE option, and the amount will be immediately charged to the credit card indicated in the booking form.
No refunds for cancellations, early departures or no-shows will be given with this option.

The discount applies only on the price of the apartment and not on any extra services.

Please note: the PREPAID / NON-REFUNDABLE option is only valid for bookings made 30 days before the date of arrival.
